We offer fun and engaging yoga classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Our ongoing classes include hot vinyasa yoga, introduction to vinyasa yoga, cool vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, and beginner yoga. We also offer private sessions, workshops and special classes.

We are conveniently located just across the bridge from Northampton on Route 9 (Russell St.) in the Hampton Village Shops.

Acrounion: A Partner Yoga Workshop Saturdays, October 4th and 11th 4-6pm

In partner practice, partners rely on each others support to keep the body and mind aligned, balanced and focused in a posture. In feeling physically supported, we experience the yoga postures differently while building on trust, strength and patience in our relationships with ourselves and others.

This workshop will be offered in two tiers. Day 1 October 4th: Foundations-learn the basics of partner posturing, balance and trust. Day 2 October 11th: Flight-taking the practice a step further, learning to fly, base and spot your partner(s).

This workshop is open to everyone; no prior yoga experience is required!

Yoga with Aerial Fabric Workshop Sunday, October 19th 2-3:30pm

This fun and playful workshop will explore the use of aerial fabric, the fabric used in circus arts, as a yoga prop!  Participants will explore ways to be supported by the fabric in various yoga postures, by holding on to the fabric open, making knots in the fabric to use it as a sling to support limbs (i.e. big toe balance), and making large loops to support the torso (i.e. downward facing dog). We will explore ways to make challenging postures more accessible, and also ways to build core strength and balance using the support of the fabric.

This workshop is accessible to all levels of practitioners, including beginners.

Welcome to new instructor Eliza Larson

Eliza will be teaching a new Wednesday Hot Vinyasa class from 9-10:30am starting September 3rd! Come try her class and welcome her to Ananda Yoga!

Eliza first encountered yoga while tagging along with her mother to yoga classes as a teenager. She continued taking yoga classes over the next 10 years, but in 2010 a major life change turned her mat into her sanctuary, and helped Eliza to embrace both the emotional and physical healing properties of yoga. Eliza completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2011 under the direction of Jennifer Yarro at Frog Lotus Yoga, in North Adams, MA. Other major teachers include Elaine Wintman, Kyla Maher, and Ilona Bublitz. She is certified in both Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, and enjoys Kundalini Yoga as part of her personal practice. Welcome to new instructor Darcie Champagne

Darcie will be teaching a new Tuesday lunchtime Cool Vinyasa class from 12-1pm starting September 2nd! Come try her class and welcome her to our community!

Darcie has studied the asanas in yoga 'on the mat' for over 10 years and continues to strive to integrate her yoga practice 'off the mat' in everyday life. Darcie completed her 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training at The Kripalu School of Yoga in Stockbridge, MA, is a Registered Yoga Teacher, and is super excited to be joining the Ananda Yoga community. Welcome to new instructor Margaret Nunnelly

Margaret will be taking over Jamila's Yin Yoga class on Tuesdays from 7:30-8:45pm starting September 2nd. Come try her insightful yin yoga class and welcome her to the studio!

Margaret Nunnelly received her yoga teaching certification from Mama Nirvana's New Yoga, studying under Ruth Anne Lundeberg and Josh Schumer. She is registered through Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level. She is also certified by Paul Grilley as a teacher of Yin Yoga, and has studied with yin yoga pioneers Paulie Zink and Sarah Powers.  She has been a yoga practitioner for many years, and has been teaching in western Massachusetts since 2007. Welcome to new instructor Autumn Benedetti

Autumn will be teaching a new Cool Vinyasa class for all levels, including beginners, on Sundays from 5:00-6:15pm starting September 7th. Be sure to try her class and welcome her to Ananda Yoga!

Autumn is a certified instructor with 7 years of teaching experience nationally and internationally, inclusive of yoga retreats, group classes and individual sessions. She has attended numerous workshops and conferences in and out of the country to further her training. Her passion for the art and practice of yoga stems from the continued inspiration, growth and inner-wisdom involved. Her classes focus on integrating breath with movement and empowering each practitioner's organic and spontaneous flow to unfold. New "Cool Vinyasa" class coming in September

If you are a fan of a powerful, dynamic vinyasa practice but not the heat of Hot Vinyasa, then try out our new Cool Vinyasa class with Kim, Saturdays from 10:45am to noon. Class temperature will be in the mid to high 70s, and your body will naturally heat from the inside out as you move and flow with your breath. This later morning class is also a nice option if you feel like sleeping in a bit on Saturday morning.

We have also added two more Cool Vinyasa classes Tuesdays at 12pm with Darcie, and also Sundays at 5pm with Autumn.


Yin Yoga and Metta Meditation Workshop Sunday, November 16th 12:30-2:30pm

Sunday November 16th from 12:30-2:30pm, Jamila Wilson will offer a two hour Yin Yoga and Metta Meditation workshop. This workshop is designed to create a comfortable and safe space to let go, utilizing breath and gravity to loving coax the body and mind to a sweet and restful experience. The workshop on seeks to combine the relaxing qualities of yin yoga with the meditation practice of loving-kindness.

Loving-kindness is a meditation practice, which brings about positive attitudinal changes as it systematically develops the quality of 'loving-acceptance'. It acts, as it were, as a form of self-psychotherapy, a way of healing the troubled mind to free it from its pain and confusion.

This workshop is accessible to all levels of practitioners, including beginners.

We have gift certificates avaialble at Ananda Yoga! You can choose from three designs. You can also buy gift certificates for our class cards online at our new Square Market!


Class Card Policy - no expirations!

Our studio is one of the only studios in the Pioneer Valley that has no expiration dates on four, eight or twelve class cards, so you will never lose yoga classes for which you have already paid! No worries if you get sick, go out of town or have to nurse an injury. Your classes will still be available when you return.


$90 Monthly Memberships with Auto-Pay!

We are delighted to offer a new way to pay for your monthly membership! Sign up for auto-pay, and your membership will automatically renew each month with funds from your checking account. To sign up, bring a voided check to the studio, fill out the form, and we will set you up!

There are no fees to start or terminate auto-pay, we just require a five month commitment to sign up at the discounted rate.

We also offer the $90 discount for pre-paying for five months, if you prefer not to have the money auto-withdrawn from your checking account.

Family monthly memberships will be offered at $150 per month with auto-pay.

If you are a current student at Ananda Yoga, bring in a friend who is new to Ananda Yoga, and if they buy the 30 days for $30 special, you will get a free class!

As this is a significant discount from our regular rates, this special must be purchased and the 30 days started within your first three visits to the studio.
