We offer fun and engaging yoga classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Our ongoing classes include heated and non-heated Power Flow Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Gentle Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga. We also offer private sessions, workshops and specialty classes.

We are conveniently located just across the bridge from Northampton on Route 9 (Russell St.) in the Hampton Village Shops. Get directions.

Welcome to Bonni-Lynne Sandler!

Bonni will be doing Yoga as Therapy, Thai Structural Integration, Reiki and other individualized bodywork in the studio! We are excited to have her as part of the community! She will also be teaching a Tuesday 9am Transformational Yoga class! Click here for more about Bonni.

New Transformational Flow Yoga class Tuesdays 9-10:15am

Come try Bonni's new class starting Tuesday, September 1st! Only $10 for the month of September! Transformational Flow Yoga is a unique approach to yoga that encourages students to begin their own transformation process. During every class session, various methods such as Thai yoga massage, yin yoga style release work, hands-on assists, neuromuscular facilitation, resistance stretching, and various forms of meditation and breathwork help release tension and tightness. This individualized approach to a yoga practice strengthens weak areas of the body allowing the stressed overworked spots such as the shoulders, neck, and lower back to relax and heal. Deep muscles of the torso synergistically take weight off of the joints to ease the muscles. Emotional blockages release, old patterns which cause tightness/pain give way to new patterns that create inner strength and a tension-free body. Moving from center, utilizing "core strength," the body relearns to move in new ways within a dynamic, weightless, fluid yoga flow routine let go of stress in the body, protect and strengthen joints, create ease and balance systemically. The practice ends with a guided meditation to deeply relieve stress. No prior yoga experience needed.

Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra®, designed by Jennifer Reis of Kripalu Yoga Center, is an eight-stage guided meditation that has the power to transform, heal and rejuvenate you at core levels. While resting in stillness, you are systematically guided on a meditative journey through your multi-dimensional self. This includes awareness and healing at each level of being (the five koshas) — physical, energetic, mental-emotional, and bliss-healing layers of your being, in order to dissolve away tensions to reveal your True Self. TGIF Chill Fest - Last Friday of the month! September 25th 6:45-7:45pm

The perfect way to chill out after a long work week! Expect stretching and some slow flow/movement followed by a "fest" of blankets, bolsters, essential oils, eye-pillows and everything else you need for a full-on Friday night chill out. Class is warm and is a perfect offering for student of all levels, pregnant students and those recovering from injury.

TGIF Chill Fest is offered at normal drop in or class card pricing, and is included in monthly memberships, or attend both Justine's 5:30 Power Flow and TGIF Chill Fest for $20!

Class Card Policy - no expirations!

Our studio is one of the only studios in the Pioneer Valley that has no expiration dates on four, eight or twelve class cards, so you will never lose yoga classes for which you have already paid! No worries if you get sick, go out of town, or have to nurse an injury. Your classes will still be available when you return.
