Join Bonni and kirtan artist Jeff Martel for the perfect class to chill out after a long work week! Expect stretching and some slow flow/movement followed by a restorative yoga "fest" of blankets, bolsters, essential oils, and everything else you need for a full-on Friday night chill out. Class is warm and is a perfect offering for student of all levels, pregnant students and those recovering from injury.

We are happy to welcome Jocelyn to our community! She will be teaching a Hot Power Flow class from 9-10:15am on Tuesdays starting December 1st.

New Yoga Nidra Class Thursdays 8-8:45pm
Join Bonni for a deeply relaxing late-evening Yoga Nidra practice on Thursdays from 8-8:45pm. Yoga Nidra, or "Yogic Sleep" is designed to help you relax and ease the fluctuations of your mind. Yoga Nidra sessions will begin with gentle stretching, followed by lying down in stillness and using a variety of guided meditation techniques to quiet the overactive conscious mind, including guided imagery and body scanning. Thai massage assists will be offered during the practice. This deeply restful practice will help move your mind into a meditative state, gradually finding "ultimate harmony" in which the brain waves slow down. The central nervous system unwinds, and deep healing is begins, bringing the body and mind closer to their natural state of well-being. With regular practice, a subtle euphoria and inner bliss can be achieved, leaving participants feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated; just 20 minutes of yoga nidra is equal to three hours of deep sleep! All ages and levels of practitioners are welcome.

Class Card Policy - no expirations!
Our studio is one of the only studios in the Pioneer Valley that has no expiration dates on four, eight or twelve class cards, so you will never lose yoga classes for which you have already paid! No worries if you get sick, go out of town, or have to nurse an injury. Your classes will still be available when you return.
