We offer fun and engaging yoga classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Our ongoing classes include heated and non-heated Power Flow Yoga, All Levels Flow Yoga, Gentle Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and a Beginner Yoga series. We also offer private sessions, workshops, and specialty classes.

We are conveniently located just across the bridge from Northampton on Route 9 (Russell St.) in the Hampton Village Shops. Get directions.

Kids' Yoga Mini-Series Sept. 23-Oct. 7, 11am - DROP INS WELCOME for the individual classes!

Stories, games, music, and imaginative activities will introduce yoga poses (asana), breath work (pranayama), inquiry and self-reflection to your young child. This lively approach to yoga is a wonderful way for kids to develop strength, flexibility, and mindful presence with respect for self and others. Restorative Yoga with Aromatherapy Workshop Sunday, November 5th, 12:30-2:30pm

Join Justine for a deeply relaxing yoga practice paired with the use of various essential oils. Justine will use therapeutic grade essential oils and blends both in the air and on your skin to help soften your mind, relieve stress, boost your mood and more! Click for more details.

Free Audition Class - Total Body Pilates class 10/27 4-5pm

This is a mat-based Pilates class that will encompass the principles of breathing, axial elongation, core control, spinal mobility, alignment, and movement integration. We will practice exercises in various orientations and positions to make for a total body workout. No prior Pilates experience is required. Most exercises can be modified to accommodate conditions or injuries if necessary.

About the instructor:
I’m Rob, a graduate of the Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training Program that included over 450 hours of study. I have also been teaching alpine skiing for 13 seasons. Pilates exercises have done great things for me. What I enjoy even more than self practice in skiing and Pilates is sharing the movement experiences and benefits with others. My biggest focus is on safe and effective movements. I look forward to sharing my perspectives with you all at Ananda Yoga!

Class Card Policy - no expirations!

Our studio is one of the only studios in the Pioneer Valley that has no expiration dates on ten or fifteen class cards, so you will never lose yoga classes for which you have already paid! No worries if you get sick, go out of town, or have to nurse an injury. Your classes will still be available when you return.

$90 Memberships with Auto-Pay

The auto-pay membership is the best deal on our classes if you are attending class 2-3 times per week. Sign up for auto-pay, and your membership will automatically renew every four weeks with funds from your checking account. To sign up, bring a voided check to the studio, fill out the form, and we will set you up!
